What is a Christian Science Reading Room?
Christian Science Reading Rooms are bookstores and resource centers for exploration of spirituality, prayer and healing.
Every Reading Room is unique, but you’ll always find an uplifting atmosphere and many of the same products and services in any of the more than 1,500 Reading Rooms worldwide.
Each Reading Room is locally maintained and staffed by individuals who actively study and practice Christian Science. Along with our church services, our Reading Room is dedicated to helping visitors discover the peace, comfort, and spiritual solutions available to all from God.
A fundamental product available in our Reading Room is Mary Baker Eddy’s seminal book on the Bible and Christian healing: Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures. We serve our local community seven days a week and make available literature published or sold by The Christian Science Publishing Society.

When you visit our Reading Room you will find a variety of resources to study or purchase. The Holy Bible is available in many formats, along with a wide variety of translations and Bible reference books.
Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures is the Bible study aid in greatest demand at our Reading Room. Written based on her search of the Bible for answers about how Jesus was able to heal the sick, feed thousand, and raise the dead, Mary Baker Eddy published this book with its 600 pages of spiritual wisdom, practical guidance and calls for honest discipleship. The book also contains 100 pages of letters from readers freed from illness and sin by reading Science and Health.
