Sunday Services

Each Christian Science Sunday service throughout the world is based on a weekly Bible Lesson composed of selections from the Bible, which includes stories, inspired guidance, and spiritual laws as taught by the prophets, Christ Jesus, and the apostles, and from Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy, which gives spiritual meaning to the Bible verses. These lessons are outlined for all to study during the week preceding the Sunday Service and cover subjects such as God, Sacrament, Life, Truth, Love, Substance, and Christ Jesus. Music and hymns of praise are also an important part of the healing atmosphere of each service. A collection is taken at the Sunday service.

Wednesday Testimony Meetings

These weekly meetings begin with singing, followed by selections read from the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy.  The congregation is then offered the opportunity to express their gratitude to God for inspiration and healing gained through prayer and their study of Christian Science. There is no collection taken at this service.
 

Thanksgiving 

Each Thanksgiving Day our church holds a special service at 10:00 am. It begins with the reading of the President’s Proclamation of Thanksgiving Day, and includes hymns and selections from the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy on the subject of gratitude. The sermon is followed by expressions of gratitude from the congregation. There is no collection taken at this service.
