The Christian Science Society in Solvang, California received a loving bequest from a Christian Scientist and established a Legacy Fund in 2006 to bless Christian Science Churches and activities supporting the cause of Christian Science.
Our mission is to engage in charitable, educational, and religious activities that support, benefit, and carry out the purposes of the Christian Science Society, Solvang, California; The First Church of Christ, Scientist, Boston, Massachusetts; and other nonprofit charitable, educational, or religious organizations whose purposes include supporting the cause of Christian Science, all in a manner consistent with the Church Manual of The First Church of Christ, Scientist, Boston, Massachusetts by Mary Baker Eddy. We do not make grants to individuals.
