OUR WEBSITES AND PORTALS ACT AS A DATA CONTROLLER AND PROCESSOR Our Websites and Portals act as data controllers and processors when they collect and process Personal Data for legitimate interests, such as analyzing user interaction with our Websites and Portals. Our Websites and Portals act as data controllers and processors when we provide website services and respond to Visitors/Users requests. When acting as a data processor, we will only process Personal Data in accordance with customer instructions and this Privacy Policy. Our service providers will act as data processors to the extent that Personal Data is shared with those entities for analytical purposes and distribution of information for our Websites and Portals.
CALIFORNIA PRIVACY CODE California Civil Code Section §1798.83 permits users of our Websites and Portals that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Visitors/Users agree that any dispute or claim against our Websites and Portals will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court.
